He was thorough in his inspection and also the evaluation I received after. I received my report in a more than timely manner. He was patient with any and all questions I had and very professional. This was my first home inspection and I could not have asked for more. My experience from the moment I called to set up an appointment with Jason to the moment the inspection was over I felt comfortable. Jason showed up earlier than the scheduled appointment and had already started the inspection. Very professional and thorough in the explanations of things. I have lived in apartments all my life and wouldn't know anything about the components of a house like a boiler, cooling, water source. He was able to articulate and explain to me so that I could understand. To me this was a crash course in about 2 hours, which gave me a piece of mind on the house that I was going to buy.
